Substance D

Substance D is the culmination of the combined might of two of the Northwest’s finest and most versatile DJs and producers: Sidestep and JMFS (aka James Steele).  Influenced by a range of boogie-inspired genres, such as funk, soul, hip hop, glitch, and mid-tempo, the two come together as Substance D, with a combined 20+ years of passion and dedication behind the decks, promising not only a genre-defying set of sounds, but something that will coax just about any pair of feet onto the dance floor.
