With careers spanning several different genre’s and era’s of dance music this volatile combination found each other in the summer of 2010 in the dusty Nevada
desert at the Burning Man festival.

Realizing they were destined to create together, the two dropped 2011’s free single “You Cant Fix (ft.Kelly McDaniel)” which not only saw support from some of the scenes biggest names, and dance floors globally – but was also remixed by US Drumstep don FIGURE.

Since that release, the newly named Smokey and the Bandit have been on a rampage of shows and studio time with stacks of original tunes on deck, set to be released in 2012. You can catch Smokey and the Bandit at festivals stateside this summer!
